StarBlaze Prime NiCrMo4 is a nickel-based, low hydrogen electrode engineered for welding and overlay of highly corrosion-resistant Ni-Cr-Mo alloyed steels. Specially suited for surfacing and joining components requiring maximum protection against oxidizing media, the electrode withstands service temperatures up to 1100°C. Ideal for Alloy C-276 and similar composition steels, it provides excellent strength and elongation, maintaining weld integrity under aggressive chemical exposure.

Low Carbon. Crack-Resistant. Versatile.
A rutile-basic coated stainless steel electrode, E308L-16 is designed for welding austenitic 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steels. With a low carbon core wire (308LER) and optimized ferrite (~8%), it offers maximum crack resistance, smooth arc characteristics, and superior corrosion resistance. The electrode produces soft fusion with minimal spatter, excellent slag detachability, and aesthetically clean weld beads. Suitable for use at service temperatures from -120°C to +350°C.
