StarBlaze MIG NiFe is a high-performance solid MIG/MAG welding wire designed for welding cast iron and dissimilar joints. It features a Nickel-Iron (NiFe) based composition and is suitable for cold welding or minimal preheat welding (<300°C) of globular graphite iron (GJS), malleable iron (GJMB/GJMW), and cast iron to steel joints. This wire provides a machinable weld deposit and excellent compatibility with various cast iron types. Precision layer-wound and stable across short, spray, and pulsed arc applications.

It deposits a Cr-Ni weld metal (19Cr/9Ni) with a higher carbon content to provide increased strength at elevated temperatures. Precision layer-wound for consistent, smooth feeding, this wire is suitable for the fabrication of pipes and pressure vessels in the petrochemical and power industries. Compatible with mixed gas shielding (Ar+O₂ or Ar+CO₂), it supports short, spray, and pulsed arc operations across a wide range of thicknesses.

AWS A5.9: ER 308Si | EN ISO 14343-A: G 19 9 StarBlaze MIG 308Si is a stainless steel MIG wire designed for welding austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 301, 302, 304, and 308. With a 20Cr/9Ni composition and silicon content of 0.65–1.00%, it delivers excellent weldability, arc stability, and bead appearance. Ferrite content is controlled between 5–10% for balanced corrosion resistance and crack resistance. Precision layer winding ensures smooth wire feeding, and the wire is specially processed for clean welds and reliable performance across all welding positions.
