StarBlaze SAW 308L is a low-carbon stainless steel welding wire designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) of austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 304, 304L, 308, 308L, 321, and 347. With a 20Cr/10Ni composition, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The wire is coated with a fine anti-spatter reagent film made from dichloromethane and methylene chloride to ensure smooth feedability and clean welds. Ideal for applications in food processing, chemical industries, boilers, tubes, and cryogenic structures.

Ferrite content is controlled between 5–10% for balanced corrosion resistance and crack resistance.
