StarBlaze TIG 430 is a 16% chromium stainless steel TIG wire designed for welding ferritic stainless steels. The alloy composition is optimised to ensure good corrosion resistance for typical applications while maintaining sufficient ductility in the heat-treated condition. Preheating and post-weld heat treatment are generally recommended to achieve optimal mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is ideal for use in the fabrication and repair of components such as exhaust systems, automotive parts, and architectural applications.

Designed for Argon shielding gas use, it is ideal for welding 321 and 347 grade stainless steels across a wide range of industrial applications, including pipework, plates, and pressure vessels. It offers excellent resistance to corrosive media at service temperatures below 400°C. AWS A5.9: ER 308L | EN ISO 14343-A: W 19 9 L StarBlaze MIG 308L is an extra low carbon stainless steel MIG wire suitable for welding austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 301, 302, 304, 304L, 308, and 308L. With a balanced Cr/Ni composition (20Cr/9Ni) and controlled ferrite between 5–10%, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical performance. The wire is specially processed with anti-spatter silicone and ester coating for improved feedability and arc stability. Precision layer winding ensures smooth feeding, while its cast/helix control ensures ideal "pay-off" during use. Widely used in food processing, chemical industries, and boiler or piping fabrication.
