StarBlaze Hard Facing Electrodes
Designed for heavy-duty wear protection, StarBlaze hard facing electrodes deposit a tough, abrasion-resistant layer on metal surfaces to extend the life of industrial equipment. These electrodes deliver excellent resistance to metal-to-metal wear, impact, and moderate heat, maintaining hardness and structural integrity even under severe service conditions.
Recommended for reconditioning and surfacing of components exposed to high abrasion and impact, such as crusher parts, rollers, sprockets, mining equipment, conveyor components, and heavy machinery.

Produces a machinable weld metal with 37–40 HRc hardness, making it suitable for shafts, rollers, wheels, sprockets, and general rebuild jobs. Weld metal contains chromium-manganese alloy for durability under shock loading.
