AWS A5.9: ER 308L | EN 12072: S 19 9 L | DIN 8556: X2 CrNi 19.9 StarBlaze SAW 308L is a low-carbon stainless steel welding wire designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) of austenitic stainless steels such as AISI 304, 304L, 308, 308L, 321, and 347. With a 20Cr/10Ni composition, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The wire is coated with a fine anti-spatter reagent film made from dichloromethane and methylene chloride to ensure smooth feedability and clean welds.
