Pinaka HTC-400 817 is a high-build, single-component aluminium-pigmented silicone coating designed to reduce radiant and convective heat loss from industrial surfaces operating at temperatures up to 400°C.
Infused with ceramic microspheres, the coating forms a thermal barrier that lowers surface temperatures by 5–10°C, cuts energy usage by over 10%, and helps prevent condensation in heat-prone environments. Its self-priming formula simplifies application and contributes to quicker heat-up times — making it a reliable solution for boilers, ducts, and other industrial equipment.
