Cushion Layer Welding, Easy Slag Removal, High Impact Strength
Non-magnetic rutile-coated stainless electrode designed for joining and surfacing of manganese steels (up to 14% Mn), high-sulphur/phosphorus steels, and tool or spring steels. Ideal for wear-affected parts and cushioning before hardfacing. Offers excellent bead appearance, low spatter, and strong impact resistance.

Additional Details
- Use case: Cushioning layers, spring steel welding, dissimilar steel joints
- Handling: Redry at 250–300°C for 1 hour if exposed to moisture
- Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated space to prevent hydrogen pickup
- Limitations: Avoid overwelding or prolonged arc time on work-hardened surfaces; not suitable for root passes
