Low Spatter, High Strength, Buffer-Layer Capable Stainless Electrode
Rutile heavy-coated 19/9 Mn stainless steel electrode for joining and overlaying manganese steels, carbon steels, and high-sulphur/high-phosphorus alloys. Offers stable arc, low spatter, and excellent slag removal. Suitable for buffer layers and joining dissimilar metals in demanding structural applications.

Additional Details
- Use case: Buffer-layer welding, dissimilar joint build-up, and manganese steel overlays
- Handling: Redry at 250–300°C for 1 hour if exposed to moisture
- Storage: Store in a dry oven or sealed pack to prevent hydrogen pickup
- Limitations: Avoid overwelding on work-hardened zones; not suited for root pass pipe welds
