Rutile-basic electrode with 12% ferrite stainless deposit, designed for welding dissimilar metals and elevated temperature service. Suitable for buffer layers, 18/8 cladding, and joining stainless to low alloyed steels. Offers spatter-free arc, smooth bead finish, and reliable restrike for critical repair and structural jobs.

Additional Details
- Use case: High-temperature service welding for dissimilar joints and stainless overlays in thermal plant systems
- Handling: Redry at 300–350°C for 1 hour before use if exposed to moisture or open air
- Storage: Store in dry ovens or vacuum-sealed containers to avoid hydrogen pickup
- Limitations: Not intended for cryogenic service or corrosion-resistant surfacing in chloride-rich environments
