Rutile-basic electrode with 12% ferrite stainless deposit, designed for welding dissimilar metals and elevated temperature service. Suitable for buffer layers, 18/8 cladding, and joining stainless to low alloyed steels. Offers spatter-free arc, smooth bead finish, and reliable restrike for critical repair and structural jobs.

- Limitations: Not intended for cryogenic service or corrosion-resistant surfacing in chloride-rich environments
