StarBlaze TIG 430 is a 16% chromium stainless steel TIG wire designed for welding ferritic stainless steels. The alloy composition is optimised to ensure good corrosion resistance for typical applications while maintaining sufficient ductility in the heat-treated condition. Preheating and post-weld heat treatment are generally recommended to achieve optimal mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is ideal for use in the fabrication and repair of components such as exhaust systems, automotive parts, and architectural applications.

AWS A5.9: ER 316L | EN 12072: S 19 12 3 L StarBlaze SAW 316L is an extra low carbon stainless steel welding wire designed for Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) applications. With a 19Cr/12Ni/3Mo composition, it offers excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, stress cracking, and creep, making it ideal for high-temperature environments up to 850°C. The weld metal maintains ferrite content between 4–8% and provides superior mechanical strength and toughness. The wire is coated with a specialised anti-spatter reagent blend (including dichloromethane and methylene chloride) for enhanced feedability and clean welds.

AWS A5.9: ER 309 | EN ISO 14343-A: G 23 12 StarBlaze MIG 309 is a solid stainless steel MIG wire with a high-carbon 25Cr/12Ni composition, suitable for welding AISI 309 and dissimilar steels, including carbon steel to stainless steel joints. It is also used for buffer layers and buttering applications in 18Cr/8Ni steels. The wire offers excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance in continuous service temperatures up to 300°C. Precision layer winding ensures smooth feeding and reliable arc performance across all welding positions.
