The SAW 1250HD is a fully digital, high-power Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) system built for large-scale industrial fabrication. Featuring a 100% duty cycle at 1250A and advanced IGBT inverter technology, this machine delivers reliable performance for heavy-duty applications like shipbuilding, pressure vessels, and alloy surfacing. The system includes a welding tractor with track support, intelligent dual-side current balancing, and analog controls with digital displays for current, voltage, and travel speed.
