StarBlaze TIG 321 is a titanium-stabilised 19Cr/9Ni austenitic stainless steel TIG wire, designed for welding stainless steels such as AISI 304, 304L, 308, 308L, 321, and 347. The addition of titanium binds with carbon to prevent intergranular chromium carbide precipitation, enhancing corrosion resistance and mechanical stability. This wire is ideal for applications requiring long-term resistance to high-temperature environments, commonly used in the petrochemical, food processing, and energy industries.

It deposits a Cr-Ni weld metal (19Cr/9Ni) with a higher carbon content to provide increased strength at elevated temperatures. Precision layer-wound for consistent, smooth feeding, this wire is suitable for the fabrication of pipes and pressure vessels in the petrochemical and power industries. Compatible with mixed gas shielding (Ar+O₂ or Ar+CO₂), it supports short, spray, and pulsed arc operations across a wide range of thicknesses.- Diameters: 0.6 mm - 1.6 mm

With a balanced Cr/Ni composition (20Cr/9Ni) and controlled ferrite between 5–10%, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance and reliable mechanical performance. The wire is specially processed with anti-spatter silicone and ester coating for improved feedability and arc stability. Precision layer winding ensures smooth feeding, while its cast/helix control ensures ideal "pay-off" during use.
